Show a warning if config file not loaded

Show a warning in tabs that are not Home, if this are accessed but no config file has been loaded.

This would be nice. It might also help to specify "drag & drop the project's input_config.yaml". Eventually when other folks start using the dashboard, it might be confusing to the layperson to have a config.yaml from DLC and input_config,yaml for WAZP; also stating "drag & drop the project's input_config.yaml" clarifies you need to save the .txt as a .yaml (otherwise it doesn't accept it and it won't throw an error - so I only knew it was a .yaml from the in-person tutorials from Niko & Sofia)

Original text: Was attempting to sort the metadata today, but recieved "[Errno 13] Permission denied: 'X:\processed\LondonZoo'". Unsure of how to fix this, as I have all permissions to this folder already?
