Namaste! A Pizza Store is named ‘Pizza Kitchen’ in NY, USA. The store manager wants to analyze key indicators for pizza sales data to gain insights into the business performance. And also wants us to suggest solutions to boost the sales and overall business performance. The pizzas sales data is from January, 2015 to December, 2015.
The manager has provided us with the pizza sales data and problem statement. These are contained in the folder Assets as Data.csv and Problem Statement.pdf respectively.
This folder contains the following documents
- SQL QUERIES : This contains all the SQL queries to find the KPIs and analyze the data.
- INTERACTIVE DASHBOARD : This is the interactive dashboard of the pizza sales analysis. As I don't have the business email, I couldn't share dashboard on the web. So, if you have the Power BI Desktop installed, then please have a look at the Interactive Dashboard.
- DASHBOARD : In case you don't have the Power BI Desktop installed, then you can view the pdf version of Dashboard. The pdf version is static.
- REPORT : This is the detailed analysis report for the pizza sales data. I have also identified two KPIs that were not specified in the problem statement provided by the manager, and these KPIs have been proven significantly important in framing the solutions to boost the sales and performance of 'Pizza Kitchen' store.
- SOLUTIONS : This document contains the solutions for boosting the sales and overall business performance of the pizza store ‘Pizza Kitchen’.
