Ready for prime time

This release provides more complete formatting of the data and meta-data and file names that conform to the CMIP6 naming conventions. Users provide the source_id for their model as an argument and other attributes are obtained from the CMIP6 controlled vocabulary.

Production ready

This release is thought to produce files suitable for publishing on the ESGF as part of CMIP6. Thanks to Paul Durack and Karl Taylor for lots of help with compliance.
