- Using reusable workflows from GitHubActionsWorkflows
- Remove dev from trigger list; from now on we'll directly merge with master as package versions are on registry
- Online documentation of development version will be made from master branch now.
- Allows test flags to be overridden when running test via include
glob pattern was not sufficient to catch all files in the directory. Also updated the julia version and architectue to test with.

* Added compat entries for all dependencies * Added compat_helper.yml * Removed makefile * Added instructions for installation from registry * Updated all CI to use registry for installation * Updated example/demo.ipynb to use new installation method
