Adds the three-vertical-dots, left and right arrows to the currently selected feature's info at the top. Left and right keyboard arrow keys also navigated to the previous or next feature respectively.
Expanding the menu, allows for the following navigation options as seen below:
Works for time layers, dynamicExtent layers, local layers, and requery layers.
