Summary

  • This PR is a feature
  • It does the following:
    • Adds Adiak as a TPL for passing MetaData to Caliper for performance analysis w/ spot and hatchet.
    • Adiak metadat initialization on Noh 2D and 3D tests.

ToDo :

  • Annotate RELEASE_NOTES.md with notable changes.
  • Create LLNLSpheral PR pointing at this branch. (PR#)
  • LLNLSpheral PR has passed all tests.
