Fix for crashing while leaving the safehouse, thanks to cjure and aayanl for submitting the fix
Fix for some mods using delayed calls causing crashes if they were calling a function which does not exist
Fix for crash to desktop on startup due to Localization
*Note: Due to limitations, some accented characters were required to be replaced with unaccented versions. Once a work-around is found, this will be updated with the proper characters again
