Web app created by Tkinter implementing the system sign up/in system
- sign up login: ADMIN password - shold be created with first in
- sigh in/out
- change password
- data base with all users
Admin can:
-- block user
-- limit password (User should change it with next sight in. Password shoul include letter and digit and sign)
- sign up
- sigh in/out if user is not blocked by Admin
- change password
- about program
Data base with user login, crypted password, if user blocked, isf password limited in .json file
