MetaDataBase (mdb) Conformance Class

The MetaDataBase (mdb) Namespace defines the minimal mandatory concepts for ISO 19115-1 metadata records. It includes all mandatory elements for a resource that is not a service. The root element is mdb:MD_Metadata. There are four mandatory elements:
