Install antigen:
mkdir -p ~/apps/antigen/
git clone git@github.com:zsh-users/antigen.git ~/apps/antigen
Install vundle:
git clone https://github.com/VundleVim/Vundle.vim.git ~/.vim/bundle/Vundle.vim
Open vim and run PluginInstall
cd ~/.vim/bundle/youcompleteme
./install.sh
