Includes various scripts for the platform SoNeTAA (Social Neuroscience for Therapeutic Approaches in Autism).
The repository has now moved to the PPSP team Github page.
The repository includes:
- Arduino: Code firmware for the Arduino, to apply the HDC and MMN test.
- HDC: Human Dynamic Clamp related code.
- MMN: Source code for the MMN stimulation (Pingu).
- Reports: Participants report with plots of scores, tex template and shell script to generate the report in pdf.
- Retrospective: Matlab & Python pipelines for retrospective EEG analyses
