Hi 👋, I'm Ajayi Toheeb Opeyemi, a student of Information Technology at Federal University of Technolgy, Akure. Also an entry-level Front-End Developer.

I'm a Front-End Devloper who is motivated to combine the art design with the art of programming. My responsibilities include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. I work with UI/UX designer to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and works.

My Responsiblities

• Develop new user-facing features.
• Build resuable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting it to the back-end.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

My Technical Skills

• Proficient understanding of web markup languages, including; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Basic understanding of server side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Good undersrtanding of ReactJs.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
• Basic understanding with Figma.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
