Add error log

Enable error log levels in edit-preferences-exchange-log. Look for error in error console sometimes the error is not completely printed in error console. Configure a log file and copy paste from there.

Add version

Specify thunderbird version. Specify lightning version. Specify exchange calendar version.

Provide your operating system name.
