added config option to activate and deactivate data overlays

First minor release (not marked as pre-release) which brings together functions from multiple branches.
The two main functions are:

• Multi axis plots: Allowing to add and remove plots which use a shared x axis
• Group definition for data: Through configuration it is possible to separate the data in thematic groups, important if data has different sizes but you still would like to visualize it in the same plot
