Revised calculation of canopy air space pressure

Revised canopy air space pressure extrapolation that reduces spurious non-linearities.

Description

Improved calculation for reduced pressure. Because the pressure interpolation is inversely proportional to theta-V, we now average the inverse theta-V instead of averaging theta-v and finding the inverse. This should have only a minor impact on results, but it is mathematically more accurate.
