CNAME cannot be mixed with other record types

The template is mixing up CNAME with other DNS record types. This cannot be done, because CNAME forwards authority to elsewhere where address etc records take effect. This also means CNAME cannot be mixed up with a domain apex where NS and SOA records are expected.

Notice that the dc-template-linter cannot detect in all situations CNAME and other records conflicts. These can happen with records using variables, and with domain apex if/when NS and SOA are not managed with a Domain Connect template.
