Add support for external capture card BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle Card.
Note:
This release is only compatible with Unity 2017. To build with Unity 2017, please set .NET version to .NET 4.6 in Unity building settings.
If you are using Unity 5.5 series, the latest compatible version is v2.0.1.
Only works with MeshExpert v2.2.0 and above。
