0.5.1--Hotfix and support for 2020.5 snapshots

Added:

• Tinkers Construct API for 1.12 generator only.
• 2 procedure blocks for the Curios API: "Is curio item x equipped" and "get curio itemstack from slot x of curio type y".

Fixed:

• #1 and #2. All procedure blocks and APIs should be working in all Minecraft versions now.
