* move example from regional-mom6 repo

* attempt to run, error on IC

* update syntax for regional-mom6 v0.5.2 -- still issues w west boundary

* west and east boundary files missing dimensions xu_ocean and xt_ocean

* West and east boundary issues are fixed

* Small fixes: restore client and delete unnecessary lines for getting east west b.c.

* Fix the temperature issue along the boundary

* use v0.6.0 syntax for rectangular_boundaries

* few enhancements

* use regional-mom6 v0.6.0

* Rerun the notebook using regional-mom6 v0.6.0

* add buffer to IC!

* Add comments about the version and cells for plotting.

* more plots, more explanation

* load input using intake

* don't hardcode regional-mom6 version
