3.0.0 Release Candidate
This is a pre-release and is built from the changes in #58 It is not built from master and the source code below is not valid for it. Please only use the TurbineLite.msi artifact below.
As this is a major release, please provide feedback on any issues as well information about successful installs on platforms not listed in the Tested platforms section below.
