1.0.0 Release Candidate

1.0.0 release candidate :)

Features/Improvements:
- Relocated config messages to lang.yml
- Additional messages/return statements introduced
- Introduced toggle on message feedback to those teleported
- Multiple different command placeholders introduced for all messages
- TPHere Command finalised to player position
- TPPlayer Command properly fetching player and their respective position
- SpawnTP Command with proper setspawn mechanics fully introduced
- Help command now fully lists and suggests all commands (will have lang settings in the future to aid with translation of the entire plugin)
- Tidied up both help and about command information
- Introduced ChatUtils class for help and about textcomponent menus for clicking and hovering over text for addition information and shortcuts

Bug Fixes:
- Reload command fix to fetch proper files
- Multiple NPEs resolved throughout the entire plugin
- Plugin now properly loads in config messages from respective files every time on start up both from load and blank files
