This commit adds the following changes:
* Update to SDK 2.13.1
* Add new samples:
    * network_configuration
    * transform_point_cloud_via_aruco_marker
    * transform_point_cloud_via_checkerboard
    * roi_box_via_aruco_marker

* Use `calibration.detect_calibration_board()` instead of
`experimental.calibration.detect_feature_points()`. This removes the
`zivid.experimental.calibration` dependency.
