Simple mockup of how it would look like. Forgot to add refresh rate, but you get the gist. Everything can be done on the fly with xrandr, uname, etc.
feature

Just an idea.

Are you proposing adding this feature to WPrefs? I'm not sure if this is the correct place, as its focus is essentially a graphical frontend to the ~/GNUstep/Defaults/WindowMaker configuration file. There are other applications that work well for this, like arandr or the wmressel dockapp.

Yes, I was proposing to add it in as a feature to WPrefs, as a one stop solution. Might not be the right place, and yes I know that are other tools for it, but I like the idea of having WPrefs as a one stop tool for things like these.

I tried compiling wmressel on arch, but it failed to compile. Will look in to it :)

Edit: Compiled it and got it working. But yes, just a suggestion as a feature.
