Execution and connection error

I am having trouble exporting cases.
I run the script in powershell as the example but the only thing it does is open the plain text script document, I wouldn't be getting to connect with TheHive.
I also created a ps1 to call the script and its parameters but it returns the same to me.

Do you know what it could be? Any function that is not charging the powershell?

This process opens me the "Export-TheHiveCaseReport" file
