Intermittent API timeouts

If I request https://vaadin.com/vaadincom/directory-service/components/search/findByUrlIdentifier?projection=summary&urlIdentifier=vaadinvaadin-grid a bunch of times, sometimes I'll get a 200 OK response but sometimes I'll get 504 Gateway Timeout after a long delay. This has been happening for at least a week.

The same also happens on the website itself, so likely to be a cluster-level issues.

Thanks @chris48s for the report. This service is not in the same infrastructure of the website - we will investigate what's going on. We are sorry for the trouble.

Is it happening frequently to us, or yesterday was the first time you've seen it?
