Posts not always posting

Don’t have any way to illustrate this, but I’ll swear that I have posted responses on the forum that never got registrated. It could be a user error, but it has happened several times so I think there may be more to the story.

In any case, my experience is this; I write a response to a post and hit post reply. The page reloads and I assume the reply has been posted and close the tab. Later I realize that the response was never posted.

Suggestion: if there is a partly written post, ask the user if they want to discard changes before navigation away from the thread (or closing the tab)
