大佬，目前存在的问题是：如果使用binance这个规则会导致电脑web版本币安打不开，并且币安app也是有些功能提示无法使用。怎么样在使用规则的同时做到web端能打开同时app能使用呢？目前app只能允许中国ip使用

正常配置就行，App端单独处理下，分应用代理
