Deployed to Holešky, but EIP-155 is respected and cannot use same address

Situation

Deploying to Holešky, at least with the rpc endpoint I'm interacting with (https://1rpc.io/holesky), returns the following error:

Note

I did not try to deploy on every single listed RPC, so there may be a node that was run with --rpc.allow-unprotected-txs as described here.

This has been encountered before in #49.

I have deployed the contract directly with my own account and is on chain at https://holesky.etherscan.io/address/0xC7Da21a01e91f22d66679A2eA0652c1303EBc39f .

Possible Action

I don't have a solution, however if this is going to be a perennial problem then perhaps I could raise a PR with the code I used to deploy for others to use. Any feedback appreciation @mirceanis.

If none work, then we can use your address.

Great suggestion, I didn't think of that! I'll try with Quicknode, Infura, dRPC and see if I can't get it to work.

Update: Infura actually seems to have a problem at the moment. Their https://holesky.infura.io/v3/{} is definitely NOT working right now.

Update2: None of these JSON RPCs worked.
