If a code window is in front of a code city and the user interacts with it using the laser beam at any of the four edges (including title bar, vertical and horizontal scrollbars), the graph elements in the background will be moved along with the laser beam if the current mode is "Move". There interference takes also place with showing labels of hovered graph elements.
The degree of interference depends a bit upon the angle, yet the chances of interference are high to the degree that it can get really annoying.
