How is the relay signing its token for the mgmt server? (HMACToken)
Does mgmt handle its own TLS? (NO!)
Where are HTTP-01 files served? (local to mgmt)
Do we want to try NameCheap DNS-01 rather than HTTP-01 Relay? (N/A)
Create util for ACME relay re-using auth validation?
Stick to HMAC? Or use Pub/Priv?
Test client
What does --machine-ppid=${SECRET} mean?
Rename handleDNSRoutes => handleACMEChallengeRoutes
