<p>Metodika stanovení minimálních zůstatkových průtoků byla zpracována na základě požadavků MŽP ČR a slouží jako podklad pro zpracování nařízení vlády. V metodice byly zohledněny biologické potřeby ryb a makrozoobentosu, hydrogeologické poměry České republiky a především hydrologická variabilita.</p>

<p>V první záložce je možné vypočítat hodnotu navrhovaného minimálního zůstatkového průtoku (<em>MZP</em>) a porovnat se současnou hodnotou <em>MZP</em>. Pro výpočet je potřeba vyplnit pole, do které kategorie (I-IV) daný profil spadá, a zdali se jedná o <em>MZP</em> v hlavní (léto) nebo vedlejší (zima) sezóně. Do pole Q330 je potřeba vyplnit hodnotu Q330, z které se daný <em>MZP</em> počítá. Pro výpočet současné hodnoty <em>MZP</em> je potřeba zadat hodnoty Q355 a Q364. Po zadání hodnot je automaticky proveden výpočet a pod záložkou <em>Hodnota MZP</em> jsou dvě hodnoty. První udává hodnotu navrhovaného <em>MZP</em> a druhá hodnotu současného <em>MZP</em>. V záložce graf jsou obě vykresleny (modrý bod-současný, červený bod-navrhovaný). Křivka nám ukazuje navrhovanou hodnotu <em>MZP</em> pro okolní průtoky Q330.</p>

<p>Procentuální rozdíl mezi starou hodnotou minimálního zůstatkového průtoku a novou hodnotou pro hlavní sezónu je zobrazen v záložce <em>Graf starý/nový</em>. Graf je rozdělen do jednotlivých kategorií.</p>
<p><em>Graf poměr</em> Poměr Q330 ku 50procentnímu kvantilu v hlavní sezóně, bodové hodnoty pro jednotlivá povodí.</p>
<p><em>GIS I</em> Poměr Q330 ku 50procentnímu kvantilu v hlavní sezóně.</p>
<p><em>GIS II</em> Poměr Q330 ku 50procentnímu kvantilu ve vedlejší sezóně.</p>
<p><em>GIS III</em> procentuální rozdíl v hlavní sezóně ku staré hodnotě MZP.</p>
<p><em>GIS IV</em> procentuální rozdíl ve vedlejší sezóně ku staré hodnotě MZP</p>
