2 extra attributes for pakring and garages

We need new attributes to represent all possibilities for carparks and garages for Wüest and IAZI in the mortgage API. Currently, theses 3 options are available:

• numberOfUndergroundCarParks
• numberOfSeparateGarages --> for garages which are detached from the house but are still located on the same property and which are not included in the building volume of the house (they have a separate building insurance policy)
• numberOfExternalParking --> for parking spaces located on an external property

we would also need these 2 new ones:

• numberOfAttachedGarages --> for garages which are attached to the house and which are included in the building volume of the house (they do not have a separate building insurance policy)
• numberOfExternalSeparateGarages --> for garages located on an external property and which are not included in the building volume of the house (they have a separate building insurance policy)
