A lint run with macos-14 takes 40 minutes: https://github.com/solvcon/modmesh/actions/runs/10167169840/job/28118937072 . The same setup with macos-13 takes only 12 minutes: https://github.com/solvcon/modmesh/actions/runs/10167169840/job/28118936645 .

It's not the sole example. The slow macos-14 lint runs have behaved like that for a while. We should figure out why and fix it.
