p.s. 除了移动块，我在文档树上移动文档也会这么快

p.s.s. 一段时间以前就有这个问题了，只是现在才反馈

这个确实要优化一下，拖拽的时候还不能用鼠标滚轮来控制，每次小心翼翼的

不知道为什么，现在又恢复了之前那种稍微卡卡的状态，不会一下就到顶/底了
