There's a great list of keyboard accessibility requirements I found on StackOverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/a/41445832/3163506

Neither Bootstrap 4(.3)'s dropdown Javascript or our own fulfils this spec. I experimented with enhancing bootstraps implementation in #78 and it was too much work for that issue.
