Describe the bug
The phoenix version from the Testnet Node does not display the top bar for settings, sign out, clear data, etc on Chrome but works fine on Firefox. Works fine on Mainnet 3.6.0 Node version of Phoenix

thanks for reporting.... need to find out what causes this. no clue yet...

Tried Ohager's suggestion from discord, didn't work... "if you want to go to settings in the web you can use: https:///phoenix/#/settings"
