Could this plugin cover google . co . uk please?

If you would like it to cover an additional Google domain, please let me know (file an issue on the Github repo).

I've updated the addon now to cover www.google.co.uk as well (assuming that I got it right, which I think I did), and the new version is on addons.mozilla.org as version 0.8.1. If you have it installed already, it should presumably (auto-)update sometime soon as the Mozilla infrastructure gets around to it, and otherwise you should be able to install it directly. Please let me know if there are any problems.

I've added www.google.de in a new version, which should be available through addons.mozilla.org soon.

As far as supporting all worldwide Google domains goes, unfortunately the Firefox permissions syntax for specifying what domains an addon works on is limited. Supporting all worldwide Google domains would require either finding and maintaining a huge list of them (with a huge 'works on' permissions prompt for the addon) or simply having the addon ask for permission for all sites, even though it's only going to act on a very few.
