The explanation for the feature is too brief, and users may have questions such as what the payment refers to. THis is not clear from looking at the user guide.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your perspective, but we believe that the feature's purpose is quite clear based on the User Guide and should warrant a low severity instead regardless. The User Guide is tailored for tutors, as mentioned in the introduction and throughout the document. The phrase "Categorise Students based on paid and not paid" should provide clarity as to what the payment feature does and the User Guide's top section emphasizes the app's purpose in simplifying payment tracking for tutors making it evident that the feature relates to organizing students based on their payment status. Additionally, we have included examples relating to the payment feature to demonstrate how this feature works in practice. These examples should also provide clarity on how tutors can use the app to categorize students based on their payment status.

In the application UI, it is mentioned that the payment refers to the "current monthly fees", which I believe should also be defined in the User Guide when introducing the feature, since the phrase "Categorise Students based on paid and not paid" will not be sufficient for the users, the tutors, to know what type of payment that is being referred to. Given that it is mentioned that the app's purpose is to simplify payment tracking for tutors, it would be ideal to mention these details (such as how payment is defined) as not every tutor tracks payment on a monthly basis (some may do it weekly, biweekly etc).
Therefore, having the terms used to be more well-defined would be in line with the apps purpose to simplify payment tracking for tutors, and this would be a handy planned enhancement.
