i've seen this question asked from you on multiple places, but not in a way i could answer to it... now, here it is!

concerning your original question (exporting as IDML): as far as i know it's not possible to export from scribus to IDML.

but this is something we could support. and i see chances that it will be done!

can i ask you to fill a ticket on https://bugs.scribus.net ?

in the meantime you can try to export a pdf from scribus and then import it in indesign. it should mostly work.
