Descrição da tarefa

Além de tentar obter os ativos digitais no local (SOURCE_IMG_FILE e SOURCE_PDF_FILE), incluir como outra alternativa a obtenção dos ativos digitais a partir do site antigo.

Considerações e notas

Esta opção já existia, mas era exclusiva, verificar em commits anteriores e recuperar o código.
