Enable insertion of new global words

In the global view we would like to have the option to enter completely new words.

One option to do this is to have a "new" button to the right of the search field (similar to the "new issue" button @ github). This button would open a new form that would let you add the word. Upon submit I guess you'd redirect back to the global words view.
