[KAFKA] On Consumer offset out of range, number of processed messages stat becomes incorrect #22

If a consumer hits an out of range offset error and resets its position, the total processed stats become invalid/incorrect

@Crim changing this to 0.10, I don't see a strong reason to back port this to 0.9
