Hi, unless I'm mistaken, the current file provided in misc/xorg.conf won't enable the full touchpad support: it seems it'll work as a pointer. As a consequence, all multi-touch gestures are not supported.

As an added disconvenience, the sensibility of the touchpad will then be managed by the pointer settings in ubuntu for instance, and might not match at all the settings for another USB mouse. Forcing you to resort to scripts and things to get a proper Mouse and Trackpad setting.

Here's the expected screen in ubuntu, if the touchpad was fully detected:

We don't get the TouchPad section.

I'm not sure this is the perfect place to report this. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm open to suggestions of other places to report this.
