Linking to Notebooks from Pin Notes

I've created a notebook on the Start map with general notes regarding the campaign. I can't seem to get the syntax right to link from the GM notes in the Pin on a map to the Notebook page in the Start map page.

I created a notebook called LMoP notes on the Start map and added a note names "What the Goblins Know". On the map "03. Goblin Ambush", I have a pin with a link ...captured goblin can be convinced to share what it knows (see the ["What the Goblins Know"](note "What the Goblins Know@LMoP Notes").... Clicking on the link does nothing. I've tried moving the notebook token to the same page with no effect.

Answering my own question here. You need to prefix the Notebook name with Lib:. User notebooks don't get a property set that includes name so you have to use the full name, including the Lib: prefix.

Also note that the link cannot include special characters. E.g.

This will not work
when it ["falls"](note "Climbing and Falling@Lib:LMoP Notebook")

Anecdotally, you can link to rules as well from pins or notebooks:

The creature also falls [prone](note "Prone@Lib:Rules") on a failed save.
