Missing XEP and version supported

Hi, thanks for raising this!

In all honesty, I wrote this quite some time ago and I unfortunately don't remember which XEP I based this implementation on. On a glance, I suspect that would be https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0454.html, as this parses aesgcm URIs. I see now that this has Type: Historical, but I lack the context on whether that's because aesgcm got merged into other XEP, or because it is no longer in use.
