ANSI|pipe release 1.0.0

This is the first release of ANSI|pipe, which provides no-hassle support for UTF-8 and ANSI escape sequences to your Windows project.

Quick start:

1. Grab the ansipipe-launcher.exe binary and the C header.
2. Link the header with your myapp.exe as shown in the README.
3. Rename ansipipe-launcher.exe to myapp.com and put it in the same directory.
