There are several scenarios that can reset the scroll position of the note window

When I drag audio files into the project from an external source or from the Media Explorer window
When utilizing the API: InsertMedia
When I execute an undo action within the project

And by the way, the shortcut Ctrl+A to select all content doesn't work in note window
