I want to be able to set camelCase on by default. #494

For the modify tags i would like to change it to use the camcelCase by default.
i know we can use the command GoAddTag json -transform camelcase

however it would be better to be able to set it by default for my setup.

maybe provide a way to change configs for the pages.
not sure where to start for this so i can help.

btw in gopher we can do the following

require("gopher").setup{
    gotag = {
        transform = "camelcase"
    }
}

would be cool to be able to configure the used packages directly
