When you open a link on push.org/frens... it opens in this format https://app.push.org/channels?search=0xef6426D522CfE5B7Ae5dB05623aB0Ef78023dBe0

This just opens the channels page and not the actual channel page.

We need to keep that link as is (https://app.push.org/channels?search=0xef6426D522CfE5B7Ae5dB05623aB0Ef78023dBe0) and redirect user to https://app.push.org/channels/0xef6426D522CfE5B7Ae5dB05623aB0Ef78023dBe0 instead for backward compatibility. All such links should be redirected to make sure everything works since this link type was shared in multiple places.
