Describe the bug
When signing up some time validator doesn't refresh and I'm unable to register. It's often happen when backend returns error message about used username.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to register page
  2. Click on type used username
  3. Click register
  4. Change username

Expected behavior
Validator is very buggy 😟, it should be fixed
